Loving the SunshinePosted Monday, March 26, 2012, at 12:34 PM
What a beautiful week this has been. The few showers we had did nothing to dampen the beautiful spring weather we've been enjoying. Windows open, birds singing and our cat, Taboo licking her murderous little chops. Birds stay vigilant. That warning is good for frogs, toads and small furry animals as well.
The book signing went well. Thank you to Sharon Gambling at Now and Then for letting me set up there. The books came in an hour before I was supposed to be there. How's that for timing.
I did not get to the Ultimate Oldies Show this time and I hear it was the best ever. It also had the biggest attendance ever so they probably did not miss me at all. Looking for them to be back in July.
Ah, well, this has to be short. Got to get out in this wonderful sunshine. Let me know what is going on with you. You can email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call me (870) 595-3173. You can even drop me a line at 514 West 3rd St., Rector AR. Bye for now. Stay safe and enjoy life. And do something nice for someone you don't know. It is a good trend.
Bless our military everywhere.

Christa is proud to call herself a true Rector native. Although she was raised on the Texas Gulf Coast, she was born right here on Hickman St. As an adult she traveled and lived in several places before deciding it was time to come home in 1994. She has been active in the community and enjoys watching the world go by from her front porch.
