The Mary's Chapel Home Demonstration Club met Wednesday, Dec. 21, for their annual all-day meeting and Christmas Party at the home of Margie Fish.
Following the serving of the delicious dinner, the meeting was called to order by the Club president, Mrs. Delphia Hayes. For the song of the month, the group joined in singing "Silent Night." Gladys Heathcott had charge of the devotional, reading the second chapter of Luke. Prayer was by Mrs. Will Glass, followed by the song, "Holy, Holy, Holy." Fourteen members and one visitor answered the roll call.
New officers were elected for the coming year, with the following to take office soon: Club President, Mrs. Jack Fisk; V-Pres., Mrs. Marvin Heathcott; Secretary-Treasurer, Mrs. Curtis Cannon; Reporter, Mrs. John Snyder; Recreation Leader, Mrs. Art Redman; Nutrition, Mrs. Lon Miller; Gardening, Mrs. Arthur Deniston; Poultry, Mrs. Ralph Hayes; Home Improvement, Mrs. Edgar Patton; Clothing, Mrs. Hillard Sides; Family Relationship, Mrs. Louis Harbor.
