Council renews Delta Disposal contract

In addition to renewing the contract with Delta Disposal during its' meeting on Thursday night, the Piggott City Council voted to absorb one of the new fees that otherwise would be passed on to customers. Mayor Gerald Morris recommended that the city, in light of funds becoming available elsewhere in the budget, absorb the 13 cent tipping fee.
