The PHS tennis teams saw action Monday, Sept. 20, at Pocahontas. The Piggott boys team advanced their overall record to 6-2 by shutting out the Pocahontas boys team. Seventh grade falls in close contest to Greene County Tech last Monday

On Monday, Sept. 20, the seventh grade Mohawks were on the road to Greene County Tech where they lost a close game to the Eagles with a final score of 14-8. The Lady Mohawks were in action at the PHS gymnasium on Tuesday, Sept. 21, where they were playing the Lady Mustangs of Hoxie. The Junior Lady Mohawks beat the Junior Lady Mustangs with scores of 25-24 and 26-24. The Senior Lady Mohawks then took the court and easily won the first game 25-12.
