Mouser receives 10 years in state penitentiary

Delwin S. Mouser Jr. of Rector entered a guilty plea in Clay County Circuit Court in Piggott on Tuesday morning to four counts of possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually-explicit conduct involving a child. Circuit Judge David Goodson sentenced Mouser to 10 years in the state penitentiary with an additional 10 years suspended imposition of sentence.
