The first degree murder retrial of Clay County resident David Houston Reagan, 48, began Monday morning in Greene County Circuit Court in Paragould with Judge Gerald Pearson presiding. Reagan was tried and convicted of murdering two-year-old Sarah Binkard, in 1990 and received a life sentence.
