Following the first annual Freedom Walk, The Piggott School Board held its annual public meeting. Superintendent Bruce Evans thanked the Freedom Walk board for working with them in conjunction with the annual public meeting of the Board. Cowboys for Christ to hold roping event (Local News ~ 09/14/06)
Area cowboys will have the opportunity to showcase some of their skills, as the Cowboys for Christ team roping event will be held at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Piggott on Saturday, Sept. 16.
