Derek Justin Carter, the son of Ricky and Rhonda Carter of Knobel, was born on Nov. 9, 1984, and departed this life on Feb. 4, 2013 at the age of 28 years, two months and 26 days. Derek leaves to mourn his three children, Dakota, Dayton and Daylin, all of Kentucky; his mother and father, Rhonda and Ricky Carter; one sister, Spring Carter of Paragould; one brother, Cody Carter of Rector; grandmothers, Ellen Carter of Kennett and Sharon Morris of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and a host of other relatives and friends.. ...
