Imogene Birmingham, 90, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Monday, September 16, 2013, at her home. She was born on June 14, 1923, in Lowndes, Mo., and was the daughter of the late Oscar William and Eda Edline Smith Mullins. Imogene had nine siblings, Carrie, Eunice, Aubrey, Beulah, Lowell, Oren, Homer, Inez and Robert. Imogene was next to the youngest of the ten children...
