Rita Ward, 58, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away May 27, 2014, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark. She was born on September 30, 1955, in Nimmons, Ark., and was the daughter of the late L. H. and Loreta (Barker) Owen. Rita accepted Christ at an early age and was of the Baptist belief. She worked 28 years at Rector Sportswear and was currently working as office manager at Piggott Community Hospital Home Health office...
