Orlie Rex Cate, 86, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott. He was born on June 5, 1929, in Boydsville, Ark., and was the son of the late Roy Lee and Fannie Floyd (Benson) Cate. He was united in marriage to Lucille Scheffler on Oct. 4, 1990, and they enjoyed a wonderful twenty-five years together...
