Jeffery Douglas Stallings, 45, of Rector, was born on May 5, 1970, in Paragould to Douglas Norman Stallings and Ruby Louise Chamberlain. He passed from this life unexpectedly on Tuesday March 1, 2016, at the Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
