Rena Snow, 97, of Rector, Ark., passed from this life on October 24, 2016, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark. She was born January 19, 1919, to the late Forrest and May (Shumate) Evans. Rena was a lifelong learner, evidenced by her determination to go to high school, beginning at age 17 and graduating at 21 as the valedictorian. ...
