Ethel Wheat, 81, of Rector, Ark., passed from this life on March 31, 2017. She was born July 31, 1935, to Claude and Dessie (Hillyer) Parks in Neelyville, Mo. She was united in marriage to Bob Wheat on Jan. 16, 1954, and he preceded her in death on April 25, 2013.
