Anna Greenway Bell

She was born March 26, 1916, in Paragould to William and Renda Choate James.

She worked as a beautician.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney L. Greenway, Sr., on April 16, 1971; her parents, William and Renda James; one brother, William "Bill" James; and four sisters, Helen Glenn, Melissa Samples, Louise Provence and Mary Potter.

She is survived by one son, Barney Greenway and his wife, Christie, of Kennett; two daughters, Kathy Lawson and her husband, Bernie, of Kennett and Billie Runyon and her husband, Gerald, of Pollard; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2003, in the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Rev. Ben Jordan officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett was in charge of the arrangements.
