Orlan E. Lee Johnson

He was a 2002 graduate of Rector High School and was employed by Black River Contracting of Paragould. He was also a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard.

He is survived by his parents, Brian and Tina Johnson of Rector; two sisters, Carrie and Sara Johnson, who are both of the home; his grandparents, Hubert Johnson and Josie Hickerson of Leachville, Barbara Rhodes of Jonesboro and Orlan King of Little Rock.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday (today), July 23, 2003, at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Jerry Jolly officiating. Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ralph Ryan, Steve Crabtree, Matt Laxton, Davey Laxton, Jack West and Heath Brady. Honorary pallbearers will be D.J. Ward, Buddy Whiteaker and Ray Whiteaker. Howard Funeral Service of Leachville is in charge of the arrangements.
