Bruce Thrasher

Bruce Thrasher, 69, of Piggott died July 14, 2003, in the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould.

He was born March 15, 1934, in Piggott, the son of the late John Green and Lora Rosalyn Jackson Thrasher.

He was united in marriage to Jo Ann Higdon on Feb. 13, 1969. She preceded him in death on May 7, 2001.

He is survived by two sons, Roy Thrasher of Ill. and Jamie Thrasher of Piggott; one daughter, Jane Thrasher of Ill.; and other relatives and friends.

Memorial graveside services were held Saturday, July 26, 2003, in the Piggott Cemetery with Jerry Massey officiating. Burial followed in the Piggott Cemetery. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
