Beverly Jean Throgmorton

Beverly Jean Throgmorton, 67, of Piggott died Saturday, July 26, 2003, in the Piggott Community Hospital.

She was born Nov. 5, 1935, in Denver, Co., the daughter of the late Harry and Rose Gallo Powers.

She was united in marriage to Eldon Dale Throgmorton on May 30, 1973.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; two daughters, Sarah Cochran and Edith Cochran. She was also preceded in death by many relatives.

She is survived by four daughters, Ginger Havenar of Kiefer, Okla., Linda Martin of Tulsa, Okla., Janet Ross of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Karen Powers of Tulsa, Okla.; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Donnie Powers of Colorado and Jimmy Powers of Tulsa, Okla.; four sisters, June Gibson, Harriett Mobley and Barbara Wolf, who are all of Tulsa, Okla., and Gertie Pace of Turley, Okla.; three brother-in-laws, Frank Green and Onard Green of Piggott and Edward Green of Paragould; three sister-in-laws, Faye Reed of Paragould, Joyce Bond of Greenway and Linda Romine of Poplar Bluff; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday (today), July 30, 2003, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Tim Carter officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery east of Crockett, Ark. Pallbearers will be Jim Hoggard, Jimmy Chilcutt, Paul Bond, Tony Green, Donald Benson and Frank Green. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of the arrangements.
