Mary Ann Reed

She was born Aug. 29, 1954, in Piggott, the daughter of the late John and Margaret Bean Belle.

Mrs. Reed worked as a lead packer at Indeeco Industrial Engineering and Equipment in St. Louis.

She is survived by her husband, Hugh "Gordon" Reed of Festus, Mo.; one son, Scott W. Yow of Columbia, Mo.; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Hallie Maudlin and wife, Carolyn, of Paragould, Coy Maudlin of Piggott, Ralph Maudlin and wife, Pam, of Piggott and Carl Maudlin and wife, Diane, of Piggott; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Lucille Bond of Columbia, Mo., Ruby Cataldo and husband, Steve, of Bruner, Mo., Betty Butler and husband, Marty, of Elkhart, Ind., and Cathy Houser and husband, Shawn, of Elkhart, Ind.; and one grandson, Tyler Yow.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, in the Mahn Funeral Home Chapel in Festus with Rev. Jim Owens officiating. Burial followed in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks, Mo.
