Steven Franklin Hogard, 49, of Piggott died Monday, Oct. 13, 2003, at his home in Piggott.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2003, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Rev. Loy Culver officiating. Burial will be in the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of the arrangements.
