Eulas Long

He was born Feb. 25, 1928, in Piggott, the son of the late Benjamin Frank and Mary Ellen Jackson Long.

He was united in marriage to Martha Virginia Harris on April 8, 1950.

Preceding him in death were four brothers, Earl Long, Finis Long, Elmer W. Long and J.W. Long; and two sisters, Imogene Stidam and Audrey Dean.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Virginia Long of Piggott; nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews, who Mr. and Mrs. Long considered as their own; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2003, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Kevin Murray and Jerry Massey officiating. Burial followed in the Piggott Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jonathon Bricker, Larry Long, Larry Gene Harris, Carl Long, Chris Ingram and Alan Scott.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
