He leaves behind two daughters, Gloria Elder of Colierville, Tenn., and Glenda Henley of Memphis; two sons, Paul D. Belton of Memphis and Glenn Belton of Tampa, Fla.; a sister, Louise Jackson of Piggott; a brother, James O. Belton of Arcadia, Fla.; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
