He was born Feb. 11, 1983, in Clinton, Okla., to Harold Linuel Jr. and Mary Alice (Thompson) Graddy. The family moved from Norman to Noble 16 years ago. Graddy graduated from Noble High School in 2001. While in high school he joined the Spanish Club and played on the Noble basketball team. He received the Newcomer of the Year award in 2000 and the Bear award in 2001. He was a Rose State College student and a member of the Lakeside Church of God in Norman and was an active member in the youth program.
He is survived by his parents, Linuel and Mary Graddy of the home; one brother, Shane Graddy and wife Lisa of Lexington, Okla; paternal grandparents Harold "Jimmy" and Janice Graddy of Piggott; nieces Emilee and Amanda Graddy of Lexington, Okla.; uncles, Loyd of St. Louis and James Thompson of Springfield, Mo.; aunts, Sara Haywood of Holcomb, Margaret Thompson of Orlando, Fla., Maureen Chabet of Fla., Robbie Thompson and Felicia Hammett of Jonesboro; and many cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Loyd and Dorothy Thompson.
