Geraldine White

Geraldine White, 72, of Piggott, formerly of Risco, Mo., died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at Three Rivers Health Care South.

She was born Oct. 9, 1931, in New Madrid County, Mo., to the late John Wesley Williams and Arbie Murphy Williams.

She attended Pleasant View General Baptist Church in Risco.

She married Norman White on Nov. 1, 1947, in Piggott. He preceded her in death on May 30, 2000.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Diann White; and two brothers, Cecil and A.J. Williams.

She is survived by one son, Darryl White and wife, Linda, of Risco; one daughter, Deborah Wallace of Piggott; one brother, Bill Williams of Cleveland, Tenn.; one sister, Cori Parker of Goodrich, Mich.; six grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003, at Bradshaw Chapel in Malden with Rev. Joe Williams and Rev. Mark Powell officiating. Burial was in Mounds Park Cemetery in Lilbourn, Mo., with Bradshaw Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
