Thelda E. (Parrish) Moody

Thelda E. (Parrish) Moody, 73, of Machesney Park, died at 3:55 P.M., Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 in her home. Born June 11, 1933 in Piggott, the daughter of Furman E. and Elsie (Morrow) Parrish. She was employed with Warner Lambert as a machine operator, retiring in 1995. Member of First Assembly of God. Thelda was a loving, devoted, giving, caring and faithful Christian always helping others. She loved to work in her garden and walk in the yard.

Thelda is survived by her children, Sherry (fiancée Kenneth Farmer) Bakke and Gwen Moody; grandchildren, Christopher Estle Parrish, Timothy, Wesley and Heidi Hryszczuk; loving sister-in-law, Laverne Parrish; brother, Kenneth parrish. Predeceased by parents.

Funeral service at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 24, in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd, with Pastor Dale Anderson officiating. Interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to service. Send online condolences at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
