Omer Lee Lamp

He was born May 14, 1945, in Piggott, the son of the late Oscar M. and Minnie M. (Johnson) Lamp.

He was united in marriage to Christine Mansfield on Oct. 18, 1969, and the couple had two children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his wife, Christine Lamp of Piggott; his daughter, Linda Harrison of Piggott; son Michael Lamp of Caruthersville; four grandchildren, Jordan Lamp, Amber Malone, Franklin Morlan and Daniel Lamp; a sister, Nola Dempsey of Greers Ferry; and other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 1, in the Hoggard and Sons chapel with Bro. Shelley Elkins officiating. Burial was in the Cummins Chapel Cemetery at Pollard.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was charged with the arrangements.
