He was born March 20, 1907, in Rector, the son of the late John and Ella Bolton.
Mr. Bolton was a mechanic at Glen Sain Motors in Rector and attended the First Church of God in Piggott.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Bolton.
He is survived by three sons, Herbert Bolton, Leroy Bolton and Joe Bolton, all of Piggott; four daughters, Norma Thompson of Paragould, Glenda Watts of Flushing, Mich., Vonna Jean Cummings of Jonesboro and Sandra Kilbreth of Puxico; 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 28, at the First Church of God in Piggott with Bro. Gene Madigan officiating.
Burial followed in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector.
Pallbearers were Mr. Bolton's grandsons, Jim Bolton, Kenny Watson, Joseph Bolton, Jeff Cummings, Dayne Kilbreath, Daniel Boyd, Samuel Kilbreth and Shannon Dean Cummings.
Mitchell Funeral Home of Rector was in charge of arrangements.
