Mildred F. Morrisett

Mildred F. Morrisett, 82, of Rector died Friday, July 23, 2004, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was born April 8, 1922, in Nevada County, Ark., to the late Richard Stone and Priscilla Walker Stone.

She was a homemaker and a member of Leonard United Methodist Church.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Richard T. Morrisett; three brothers, George Stone, Olin Stone and Roy Stone, and two sisters, Ethel Schmidt and Norma Tomlin.

She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Vaudine Morrisett of Rockford, Ill., Douglas and Pauline Morrisett of Lafe, Lindell and Mary Morrisett of Rockford, Barney Carroll and Wanda Morrisett of Rector and Randy and Billie Morrisett of Marmaduke; two daughters and a son-in-law, Fay and Robert Prince of Rector and Bonnie Smith of Duncan, Okla.; 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 25, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Bro. Ernie Rinks officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Tom Morrisett, Terry Morrisett, Phil Morrisett, Mark Morrisett, Danny Prince, Steve Morrisett, Perry Morrisett and Keith Prince.
