Born Feb. 23, 1980, in Paragould, she was the daughter of Ronnie Ray and Brenda (Carnette) Hardin of Rector. She was married June 20, 1998, to Rockie Weber.
She was a 1998 honor graduate of Clay County Central High School in Rector, where she won honors in academics and athletics. She was the school's 1998 Basketball Homecoming Queen, a member of the Honor Society and Renaissance Committee, was on the Union Planters Student Bank Board, president of the German Club, vice president of the Library Club and also was involved in FBLA, Student Council, Juniorettes and the Science Club.
She was named All District in softball as a sophomore at CCC and won the award for Best Free Throw Percentage in basketball as a junior.
She was of the Baptist faith and was employed as a sleep lab technician.
Survivors include her husband, Rockie Weber, of the home; her parents, Ronnie and Brenda Hardin; a sister, Ragena Hardin of Rector; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Debbie Graue of Bragg City, Mo.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Diamond and Kevin Lowe of Paragould; nephews, Nicklous Hardin, Jade, Casey and Jerrod Lowe; a niece, Emerald Cavaness; pets Desoto, Savoy and Scamp, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jewel Cavaness, on May 12, 2004; her grandparents, Max and Norma Jean Rodden, and an aunt, Sheila Rohrer, on Aug. 13, 2004.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, at the Rector First Baptist Church with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial was in Cantwell Cemetery near Corning.
Pallbearers were Jeremy Benson, Shawn Harmon, Kevin Lowe, Jeremy Pruett, Tim Cavaness, Jason Sapp and Donnie Williams. Irby Funeral Home of Rector was in charge of arrangements.
