Lucille Poe, 73, of Marmaduke died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at Cave Creek, Ariz.

A homemaker, Mrs. Poe was born May 21, 1931, in Arkansas to the late Cleo and Jessie (Hill) Pinkston. She was a member of the Marmaduke First Baptist Church.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Poe, in December 1993, and a brother, Bonnie Pinkston, in 1984.

Survivors include two sons, Ron Poe of Paragould and Michael Poe of Mesa, Ariz.; two daughters, Debbie Hoffman of Cave Creek and Becky Broadway of Fayetteville; two brothers, Gene Pinkston of Marmaduke and Logan Pinkston of Rockford, Ill., nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at the Marmaduke First Baptist Church with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial was in Harvey's Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke. Irby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
