Maudine Sinko Tanner

She was born Dec. 25, 1914, in Rector to the late James Walter and Mary Elizabeth Hargrave Sinko. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Boyd; son-in-law, Carl Boyd; three brothers, Charlie Sinko, Walter Leslie Sinko and Cecil Lee Sinko, and five sisters, Nancy Jane Wills, Julia Huckabay, Verna Sinko, Margie Alice Livesay and Gladys Imogene Greenwood.

She is survived by her husband, Otis Lee Tanner; two grandsons, Eric and Stacy Boyd of Flintstone, Ga., and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 noon Thursday, Jan. 27, at Irby Funeral Home in Rector with graveside services at 1 p.m. at Woodland Heights Cemetery.
