Lions tourney is today
The third annual Rector-Piggott Lions Club benefit golf tournament was scheduled today at Sugar Creek Country Club in Piggott with a record number of players from the Rector area and solid support from local businesses. Lunch was served at 11:30 and the tee-off was set for 1 p.m.
The 18-hole scramble is organized to make the competition as even as possible. The winning team receives a $600 prize.
