Darlene Sue Brannan, 50, of Rector, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Piggott Community Hospital.

Born March 2, 1957, in Leonard to Naomi Ruth (Clayton) Brannan and the late R.C. Brannan, she was of the Methodist faith.

Also preceding her in death was one brother, Andy Brannan.

Survivors include her mother, Naomi Brannan; two brothers, Larry and Timmy Brannan of Rector; four sisters, Marilyn, Jeanne, Carletta and Lisa Brannan, all of Rector, and special nephews, Andy and Nicholas Brannan of Rector.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at Irby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Armstrong officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Irby Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
