Myrtle Bible, 97, of Paragould, formerly of Marmaduke, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.
Mrs. Bible was born Sept. 23, 1910, to the late Samuel and Mable Bostick. She enjoyed crafting and quilting and made sure all her grandchildren had quilts made by her before she died.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Bible; one son, Everett Mailco, and two grandsons, Tommy Welsh and Dwayne Goodman.
Survivors include three daughters, Ruby Mailco of Cleveland, Tenn., Marian Pronzato of Lake Forest, Calif., Joyce Goodman and her husband Ted of Paragould; nine grandchildren, Johnny Osborn, Ruby Cato, Benny Osborn, Twilah Spurill, Chucka Mailco, Jolene Mailco, Kevin Welsh, Mellony Belcher and Becky Pickney, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-
grandchildren, along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
There will be no services for Mrs. Bible. Interment will be at the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in California.
