Erna Lou Easton

Erna Lou Easton, 80, of Paragould died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

She was a member of the Blue Cross General Baptist Church and was a nurse for 33 years at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Easton; her parents, Everett and Sybil Dickinson Jackman, and a sister, Ann Ward.

Survivors include a son, Michael Gilmore of Paragould; two brothers, Eugene Jackman of Benton and Gerald Jackman of Pevely, Mo.; two sisters, Pat Barnhill of Nacogdoches, Texas, and Nell Clark of Paragould, three grandchildren and good friend, John Lynn.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 16) at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector with Rev. Eddie Harris and Rev. Bill Bass officiating.
