Nathan Vardell

Nathan Vardell, 54, of Paragould, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.

Mr. Vardell was born Aug. 30, 1954, in St. Louis, Mo. He was a retired fork lift operator.

He was married May 30, 1999, to Yuton (Parker) Vardell. She survives.

Other survivors include sons Allen, Don and Shawn Vardell, all of Paragould; uncle Paul Vardell of Paragould; five grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Billie Vardell; daughter, Carissa Lynn Vardell; brother, Wendell Nunley, and three sisters, Carissa, Peggy and Sheryl Vardell.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 27) at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning with Owen Evans officiating. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery in Boydsville.
