She was born June 29, 1953, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., the daughter of J.C. and Jane (Worley) Larsen. She was united in marriage to Terry Dees on Aug. 31, 1974.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Dees of Piggott; her daughter, Autumn Turner and husband Vance of Piggott; grandchildren Charlie and Allie Turner of Piggott; parents, J.C. and Jane Larsen of Dexter, Mo.; sisters, Becky Agee and Jackie Asberry of Dexter; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leland and Katherine Dees of Piggott; nephew, Chris Asberry of Dexter; niece, Jennifer Gray of St. Louis, and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 12, in the Hoggard and Son's Chapel with Bro. Mike Book officiating. Burial was in the Piggott Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Chris Asberry, Rick Rodery, Mike Gray, Garrett Gray, Barry McKenzie and J. R. Rodgers. Honorary pallbearers were Leland Dees, Rodney Besserman, Donald McKenzie, the members of Black Stone Cherry --- John Fred Young, John Lahon, Ben Wells, Chris Robertson, Shep Shepard, Joe Miller and David Grimsley -- the members of The Kentucky Headhunters --- Richard Young, Fred Young, Doug Phelps, Greg Martin, Steve Wilson and Scott Keys -- and the members of the band Hinder. Hoggard and Son's Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
