Donald Gene Woolbright

Donald Gene Woolbright, 67, of Campbell, Mo., died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

He was born Feb. 2, 1941, at Rives, Mo., and was the son Everett and Lossie (Nunnery) Woolbright. He was formerly married to Peggy Thompson. He was a retired foreman for a peach orchard and peddled fruits and vegetables.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Trevon Woolbright, Ivan Woolbright and Bill Woolbright, and two sisters, Alice Woolbright and Doris McClain.

He is survived by five daughters, Jackie Garrett of Batesville, Diane Vannada and husband Ricky of Piggott, Donna Spence of Piggott, Shirley Grissom of St. Francis and Rhonda Starnes and husband Paul of Piggott; two brothers, Charles Woolbright and James Larry Woolbright, both of Campbell; two sisters, Ruth Ann Perryman of Jonesboro and Helen Marie Woolbright of Harrison, 15 grandchildren and three great-grandsons.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 26, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell. Burial was in the Piggott Cemetery. Landess Funeral Home of Campbell was in charge of arrangements.
