Max Dale

Max Dale, 73, of Alamogordo, N.M., a native of Rector, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, in Albuquerque, N.M.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, he was born March 20, 1935, in Rector to Carl Lee and Henrilee (Hill) Dale. He was a proud charter member of Space City and Motor Sport Sertoma Clubs of Alamogordo, as well as a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth "Sissie" Dale of Alamogordo; daughters Janice Needham and her husband, Randal, of Watauga, Texas, and Sandy Roberson and her husband, Brad, of Lake Stevens, Wash.; grandchildren Nicole Needham and Alan and Beth Roberson, and mother, Henrilee Dale, of Rector.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, at the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bill Heithold officiating.
