Rudy Busby

Rudy Busby, 88, of Piggott died Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Piggott Community Hospital. He was born February 10, 1920 and was the son of the late Henry and Leler (Elkins) Busby.

He was united in marriage to Mary Francis Nettles on Oct. 7, 1941.

His brothers, Floyd and Robert; and sisters Ora and Loretes preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Francis Busby of Piggott; many nieces and nephews and many friends.

Graveside services were scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3 at Piggott Cemetery with Kevin Murray officiating. Visitation was scheduled for Wednesday from noon till the time of the service. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was charged with the arrangements.
