Lorene Boone

Lorene Boone, 84, of Paragould, formerly of St. Louis, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, at Heritage Gardens of Senath, Mo.

Born July 9, 1924, she was retired from Wonder Bread of St. Louis and was a Methodist.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Bettye Boone of Wentzville, Mo.; two half-brothers, Gale Arnold and Chesley Arnold Jr., both of Detroit, Mich., and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chesley and Sophia Arnold; her husband, Hollis Boone; two brothers, Donald and Linfred Arnold, and one half-sister, Melba Jean Lutz.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector.
