Leon Jones

Funeral services for 71-year-old Leon Jones of Marmaduke will be at 12 noon Friday, Dec. 19, at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector. Visitation will be from 10 that morning until funeral time.

Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Euvene and Zeffie Jones; one brother, Clifford Jones, and one sister, Wilma Lane.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jones of the home; a son, Little Ben and Victoria Jones of Marmaduke; a daughter, Sandy Kay and Franklin "Roscoe" Metz of Paragould; a step-son, Bobby Turner of the Mounds community; a step-daughter, Marcy and Damon Banks of Rector; three brothers, Jerry Jones and Ronnie Jones, both of Haines City, Fla., and Tony Jones of Pollard; two sisters, Shirley Ragsdale and Loretta "Casey" Kibler of Paragould; two grandchildren, Mat Jones and Christian Jones; four step-grandchildren, Lacey and Summer Turner and Mary and Jamey Banks, and a host of other relatives and friends.
