Jerry Don Keller

Jerry Don Keller, 46, of Rector died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, near the Alexander community on Highway 139.

He was born July 4, 1962, in the Blue Cane community near Rector and was employed at Asco Steel in Blytheville. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry L. Keller; grandparents, Von and Jeanetta Keller, and a brother, Timothy Keller.

Survivors include his mother, Sonja Elliott of Indiana; a son, Marcus Keller of Rector; two daughters, Kari Keller of Piggott and Ashley Keller of Rector; two step-daughters, Hillary Calhoun and Kocaina Blount of Rector; two brothers, Joey and Jason Keller of Indiana; a sister, Shiela Keller of California; three grandchildren, Arin Keller, Tyson Keller and Jullian Keller; a step-granddaughter, Izabella Blount, and four aunts, Betty Shelton, Brenda Scott, Vonetta O'Neal and Ann Shepard, all of Rector.

A private memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, for family and friends at the Jerry Don Keller ranch.
