Tony Joe Rodden

Tony Joe Rodden, 50, of Paragould died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, in an accident in Centennial, Colo.

He was born March 22, 1958, to the late Hiley and Dorothy

Rodden in St. Louis, Mo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his

son, Tony Rodden Jr., and in-laws, Willine Rodden Anders and Vernon Anders.

He is survived by his wife, Patty Rodden; three sons,

Benjamin Rodden, Jacob Rodden and Patrick Rodden, all

of Paragould; grandchildren, Jasmine Rodden, Treyson Rodden

and Carly Rodden; his best friend, Jack -Jack his dog; sister, Treda White of Paragould; brothers and sisters-in-law, Daniel and Mary Rodden of Rockford, Ill., John and JoAnn Traywick of Marmaduke and Bobby and Roxanne Rodden, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, in the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Rector with Marline Ray officiating. Interment will be in Purcell Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. tonight (Wednesday, Feb. 18) at the funeral home.
