Georgia Ann Cobb

Georgia Ann Cobb, 61, of Paragould died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis. She was a former employee of Darling Store Fixtures and of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Eula (Smith) Cobb; a son, Sammy K. Huffman; a brother, Sam Cobb, and a sister, Mary Lou Gibbs.

Survivors include her companion and partner of 13 years, Sam Williams of Paragould; brothers, Robert Cobb of Paragould, Bill Cobb of Franklin, Ind., and Leroy Cobb of Marmaduke; a sister, Betty Barton of Salinas, Calif., and a granddaughter, Kimberly Vinson of Ravenden.

Graveside services were held Monday at Pine Knot Cemetery with Heath Funeral Home of Paragould in charge of arrangements.

The family has requested that memorials be made to LeBonheur Children's Medical Center, 50 North Dunlap, Memphis, TN 38103.
