Douglas Parker

Douglas Parker, 65, of Greenway died Saturday, March 28, 2009, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

He was born Feb. 15, 1944, in Piggott to the late Claude and Lois (Cowgill) Parker.

Survivors include a special companion of 20 years, Mary Daniels; one son, Paul Parker of California, Mo.; two daughters, Paula and Tim Mize of Pilot Grove, Mo., and Cindy Crotts of Rector; one brother, Wayne Parker of Piggott; two sisters, Norma Bell of

Piggott and Janet Parker of Greenway, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, April 1) at Irby Funeral Home in Rector with interment at Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway.
