Marian Sue Tate

Formerly of Piggott, she was born in Detroit, Mich., October 11, 1949, to the late Julos and Flora (Reagan) Owen. She was of the Baptist faith and worked for the Area Agency on Aging.

She was married to Ricky Jewell Tate July 10, 1978. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Michael Eric Tate and Jeffrey Neil Tate and wife Jerry, all of Piggott; two daughters, Rose Maria Mosley and husband Brian and Wendy Collins, all of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; three sisters, Judy Pigg of Indiana, Jeanie Null of Piggott and Cathy Dixon and husband Mike of Pennsylvania, along with seven grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.

Graveside services were conducted Monday, July 13, at the Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway with Brother Terry Tate officiating. Interment followed.

Pallbearers were Matthew Bowen, Jason Lance, Trent Featherston, Tommy Hancock, Garrett Pollard and Billy Turner.
