Charles William Clatfelter

Charles William Clatfelter, 83, of Marmaduke passed away July 11, 2009, at Evergreen Health Care in Rector. He was born April 11, 1926, in Marshall, Ill., to Paul and Nona Clatfleter. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a World War II veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Thomas Clatfelter, and a sister, Mary Etta Brown.

Suviviors include his wife, Linda Clatfelter of the home; seven children, Peggy, David and Daniel Clatfelter, all of Marmaduke, Penny Smith and Ben Clatfelter of Paragould, Billy Clatfelter of Omaha, Neb., and Sandra Sanders of Rector; a sister, Dolores Harris of Palm Springs, Calif.; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
