Ronald Earl Rigdon

Ronald Earl Rigdon, 52, of Corning, passed away Friday, July 17, 2009. He was born November 30, 1956, in Piggott, and was the son of the late J.V. and Janice (Robinson) Rigdon.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse and Alice Rigdon and Jewell and Edith Robinson.

Survivors include his son, Tray Rigdon and wife Tara along with granddaughter Lexi Rigdon of Piggott; sister, Rhonda Phillips and husband Terry of Piggott; brother, Jay Rigdon and wife Shelia of Corning; nephew, Matt and niece Whitney of Corning, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 20, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Owen Little officiating. Burial was in Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal.

Pallbearers were Roger Haywood, Jerry Roark, Mark Williams, Junior Lee Honeycutt, Derwin Stormes and Wayne O'Guin.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
