Volleyball practice underway at PHS

The Lady Mohawk volleyball teams began pre-season practice and conditioning this week with both the junior and senior teams seeing time in the gym. This photo was taken Tuesday morning as the senior girls were put through their paces by head coach Melissa Williams (far right). The Tribe will begin their season Thursday, Aug. 20 as they take part in a jamboree at Harrisburg. The Mohawks will then host Paragould and Pocahontas in pre-season tune-ups Aug. 25 and 27 before traveling to Paragould to take on Crowley Ridge Academy in the conference opener Sept. 1.
